On 23-24 October 2025, the NEXT project consortium gathered for its Global Meeting, kindly hosted by the Czech Technical University in Prague (CVUT), Faculty of Electrical Engineering.
During these two intensive and inspiring days, representatives from all partner institutions shared progress updates, presented the outcomes achieved in each work package, and exchanged ideas on how to strengthen cooperation in the months ahead. Discussions focused on the implementation of upcoming activities, sustainability planning, and ways to maximise the project’s long-term impact on research excellence and innovation capacity across partner countries.
Beyond the formal sessions, participants also enjoyed informal networking and the opportunity to experience the academic and cultural atmosphere of Prague — a perfect backdrop for creative dialogue and partnership building.
A heartfelt thank you to CVUT for the warm hospitality and impeccable organisation of the meeting. The event once again proved that NEXT is more than a project — it is a vibrant community of like-minded institutions working together towards shared goals.
